Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturing factory. We are located in Wangtai Town, Qingdao, Shandong, China - the largest wood-working machinery production base in Northern China.
What machines can you supply?
Our main products include: edge banding machines, panel saws, belt machines, polishing machines, wood thickness and surface planer, drilling machine, tenoning machine and other related woodworking machines.
What is the payment term?
FOB Qingdao. Payment is by T/T: 30% deposit in aduance, and theremaining 70% must be paid in full before shipment. You also can choose Alibaba Trade Asurrance Order online.
What is the delivery time?
For machines with standard 380V voltage, delivery takes 10-20 days. For other voltage specifications, it takes 15-30 days.
What is the warranty period?
The whole machine comes with a 12-month warranty. If any issues ariseunder normal use and maintenance within 12 months, you will receive replacement parts free of charge. After 12 months, replacement parts will be provided at cost price. You will also receive lifelong technical support and service.
What pre-sales services do you offer?
We provide free factory layout planning and machine model selection to meet your production requirements. This helps you prepare the groundwork while waiting for production and delivery, so you can get your production up and running promptly once the machines arrive.
What after-sales services do you offer?
First, you can receive free training on how to use our machines in advance. In addition, you will have lifelong access to free production debugging advice and solutions through online chat channels.
